Many of our products are made to order. This means the item is produced after your order is placed. Because of this, order changes, cancellations, returns, and exchanges may be limited once an order has been submitted or sent to production.
We make every effort to display product images, colors, sizing, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person.

Product availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable solution.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on production time, shipping carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
For U.S. orders, SunCari offers standard shipping rates as shown at checkout. For Canada or other international orders, shipping rates and delivery times may vary.
International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not controlled by SunCari and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because many SunCari products are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or change-of-mind purchases.
